Developed from business planning stage by Pekerr Associates through a subsidiary - Surface Kotinx Industries Limited. Management and quality support still provided on a regular basis to date.
Bonny Kingdom Development Committee (BKDC)- 2003
• Training program entitled PRE-INTERVIEW REFRESHER TRAINING OCO Industrial Services Limited (2000 to Date)
• Carried out survey on an international vocational training centre proposed to be sited in Port Harcourt for the training, certification and re-certification of professional welders
• Prepared the company's BLUEPRINTS FOR A STRATEGIC TURNAROUND PROGRAM

This surface coatings company has been managed as a TQM company with excellent business results since takeover by Pekerr Associates in 1987.
The Fruitage Nursery and Primary Schools
These schools were developed from scratch in 1995 and are currently managed successfully as model Total Quality Schools, the first of their kind in Nigeria.
First International Academy Limited
Started in 1997 and managed until 2003 by Pekerr Associates, the Port Harcourt junior and senior secondary schools of First International Academy Limited are also model Total Quality Schools.
