Pekerr Associates was established in 1987 as a firm of professional management and enterprise consultants. It has on its faculty a team of highly skilled men and women (on full and part-time basis) with backgrounds in manufacturing, academia, research & development, business, and management. Pekerr thus has a rare pool of knowledge, skills and capabilities for assuring improved effectiveness and enhanced performance. The objective of Pekerr Associates is aptly reflected in its philosophy and slogan namely: “HATCHING HIGH FLYERS” The firm’s main operations are organized into the following six units each of which caters to the needs of its clients in a tailor-made way:

In the last 20 years, Pekerr has undertaken several assignments, entering into both local and international partnerships, developing working relationships and creating specialized divisions to widen the service base to its clientele.

Skills Acquisition & Development - Courses, workshops, seminars, etc, mostly tailored to the needs of clients, especially in the manufacturing, and oil& gas sectors;

New Venture Support - Feasibility studies, preparation of business plans, strategic diagnosis and prescription, management turnaround and management contracts, especially for SMEs in the sectors mentioned above

Public Administration Consulting - working with public sector organizations (ministries and parastatals) especially in manpower training and development.

Management Contracts/Project Management - In technical and non-technical areas.
